The GPI plant, located on a 8.5 acre or equivalent to 34419 square meter leasehold land in the IGB International Industrial Park, Ipoh, is equiped with a complete range of automated machinery, such as the compact unit of Zahoransky machine from Germany for the manufacture of high quality toothbrushes and Husky machine for production of high quality preform. The company also possesses the fully automated Husky machines from Canada which produce the 17gram and 35gram preforms. In addition, the 28mm caps for mineral water and carbonated drink bottles are also being produced by the Husky machines using high-density PE material.

"MorningKiss Protector" produced by GPI is a high-tech toothbrush with duo injection technology, with rubberised handle for maximum grip and control, plus the revolutionary Dupont Tynex Hexagonal flaments that gives 55% more cleaning power. GPI is the first toothbrush manufacturer in Malaysia to obtain the ISO 9002 Certification in 1997 for its product quality management system. In 1998, it becomes the nation's first toothbrush manufacturer to receive DuPont's Official Quality Certificate, the prestigious proclamation of quality.

GPI is also an innovative leader in the PET bottle market in terms of product quality and new technology. It was the first company to supply PET bottles in 1995 as a substitute for the conventional 3kg and 5kg tin cans utilised in the Malaysian cooking oil industry. The first color PET bottles as well as side handles for PET bottled cooking oil in Malaysia was also introduced by GPI in 1997.
